Take a trip to an island north-west of Singapore. This class is held in a 100-year old traditional Kampong house on stilts on Pulau Ubin, a rustic island which has held out on urban development, and is reminiscent of Singapore of the 1960s. To get there, we will take a 10-minute bumboat ride from Changi Jetty,then proceed to the Kampong house where we will walk around jungle to look at herbs and to harvest herbs from around the garden before proceeding for the cooking class.
