1
Day 1 Arrival
Upon arrival in Singapore and after immigration and customs formalities, our English speaking guide will be there to welcome and assist the group with our transfer and check in at the hotel.

Day 2 Singapore Flyer / Merlion Park / Kampong Glam / National Museum

Your city cultural tour of Singapore begins with a spectacular 30-minute flight aboard the Singapore Flyer. Towering 165 meters above Singapore, the Singapore Flyer is the world’s largest observation wheel and provides more than a view, it captures Singapore’s magnificent skyline. We proceed to drive around the Civic District past the Padang, Cricket Club, Parliament House, Supreme Court and City Hall. You’ll have great views of Marina Bay when you stop for photos at Merlion Park and the Merlion itself, Singapore’s mythological creature that is part lion, part fish. The tour continues with a visit to Kampong Glam where you will understand more about the Malay culture. Visit Arab Street and view the magnificent Sultan Mosque. Stroll along the area to see the different shops selling traditional Arab Muslim food and merchandise. Our final visit is to the National Museum, Singapore’s oldest museum dating back to 1887 with a compelling narrative galleries showcasing Singapore of the past and present. A set lunch will be at the Flutes restaurant at the national museum. This afternoon is free and easy for your leisure before dinner back at the hotel.

Day 3 Kranji War Memorial / Old Ford Museum / Gardens by the Bay

This morning we begin our tour as we journey to the Kranji War Memorial and Cemetery to pay our respects to the countless WW11 heroes. Unveiled in 1957, the memorial commemorates over 20,000 men and women who gave there lives for freedom in WW11. We then proceed to the Former Ford Factory Museum, the site where the British and Allied Forces formally surrendered Malaya to the Japanese forces. We proceed back to the hotel for our buffet lunch. Later in the afternoon, we make our way to the spectacular Gardens by the Bay which provides us with an opportunity to experience the development of modern Singapore. Housing more than 250,000 Rare Plants and 18 Supertrees. Set on 54 hectares the complex consists of Two Climate Conservatories and a 22-metre high OCBC Skyway. This evening will soak in the beautiful experience of music and lights dancing at the Garden Rhapsody Show.

Day 4 Peranakan Tour / Changi Chapel / Fullerton High – Tea / River Cruise

This morning will commence our Peranakan Trail tour. Embark on a colourful journey into the history, lifestyle and unique characteristics of the Peranakan Babas and Nonyas. Discover a fascinating display of Peranakan costume, beadwork, jewellery, porcelain and craftwork which provides an insight into the captivating culture of the Peranakans. A sampling of Nonya delicacies will complete the trail. We then proceed to the Changi Chapel and Museum to gain an insight into the memories and lives of both Prisoners of Wars (POWs) and civilian internees who survived the Japanese Occupation. The Changi Chapel is a symbolic replica of the original chapel found in the Changi Prison. Our afternoon tour, we embark to the Fullerton Hotel a grand Neo-classical landmark built in 1928 and gazetted in 2015 as a National Monument, it was once home to Singapore’s General Post Office and the prestigious Singapore Club. Here will enjoy a stylish afternoon high tea. Then, we will take you on a Bumboat River Cruise along the Singapore River. The Singapore River is like a witness of its history. At both sides of the river, you will see the colonial buildings, traditional Chinese shops, modern skyscrapers… each of them would tell you an exciting story of Singapore.

Day 5 Sentosa Island / Madame Tussauds / SEA Aquarium / Chinatown Tour

This morning we visit the Island of Sentosa where we start our tour with a scenic Cable Car Ride where we can see the beautiful landscape of the city. On arrival on the island, we proceed to the wax museum, Madame Tussauds. With 8 fully themed interactive zones, get ready to photograph and pose with your favourite A-Listers, sports stars and music legends. Then we proceed to the Images of Singapore, a journey that uncovers, Singapore’s extraordinary history – from a humble fishing village to a 21st century powerhouse. We then continue to the the world’s largest Aquarium. SEA Aquarium and explore more than 800 species of marine animals such as majestic manta rays and over 200 sharks through the world’s largest window to the ocean. We proceed for a buffet lunch at Starz restaurant on Sentosa Island. This afternoon we return to our hotel to freshen up. We then tour Chinatown which has come a long way since the early days when Chinese immigrants made this enclave their home. Filled with a sprawling myriad of shops and eateries, bursting with colourful and exciting activities set against a backdrop of rich history and heritage. We also visit the Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of the oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples in Singapore. After a set dinner at a local Chinese restaurant, we wander along the narrow lanes of the Night Market and test our bargaining skills against street vendors selling anything from souvenirs to leather goods.

Day 6 Departure
We check – out of the hotel and proceed to Changi international airport for departure home.
