Kranji War Memorial which is dedicated to the men and women from United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Sri Lanka, India, Malaya, the Netherlands and New Zealand who died defending Singapore and Malaya against the invading Japanese forces during World War II, it comprises the War Graves, the Memorial Walls, the State Cemetery, and the Military Graves.

Surviving the Japanese Occupation: War and its Legacies is a World War II exhibition presented by the National Archives of Singapore at the historic Former Ford Factory. This is the place where British forces surrendered to the Imperial Japanese Army on 15 February 1942. The exhibition presents the events and memories surrounding the British surrender, the Japanese Occupation and the legacies of the war.

The on-site military museum contains a treasure trove of WWII memorabilia, including coastal guns, the remains of fortified military structures and tunnels, as well as an interactive video documentary, complete with wax figures of Japanese & British soldiers at the Surrender Chambers. Enjoy the Towering 11-storeys high and stretching 181 meters long, Skywalk trail that provides guests with a scenic treetop trek on the way to Fort Siloso.

Part of The Southern Ridges, Labrador Nature Reserve is just the place for nature lovers and history buffs. A former British military base, its beginnings date back to the 19th century. Embark to learn about it’s history, and visit World War 11 relics such as a pill box, machine gun post and fort.
